As a soulful practice of sound and rhythm, rooted in eastern spiritual traditions, kirtan creates a palpable, ‘soul-scape’ that invites our hearts to soar. Add-in a contact-savvy group of dancers and you’ve got one bliss-filled event.
No previous experience with contat improv necessary. Contact Improv, framed with a tantric lens, will be taught in the first hour.
