Join me in welcoming Gary Einsidler- “Hands of Gold”. One of the new Massage Therapists at Somatic Center’s new downtown offices, 25 Main St, suite #208, Northampton, MA.
As a bodyworker, Gary has studied an enormous range of techniques (sports, medical, deep tissue, Trager, Myo-fascial release, Shiatsu, energy balancing, Swedish, Stillpoint transformation), in a variety of locations, including movie sets with film stars, marathon finish lines, dance festivals, and some of NYC’s top health clubs. He brings his unique blend of bodywork modalities to his private practice, part time at Indigo in Florence and now at Somatic Center in downtown Northampton.
Personally, I consider him one of the valley’s best. I’ve known him for years through the dance community. What I love about Gary, is how he walks his talk; a commitment to heart-full living guides him as a bodyworker and as a human being. While he offers massage to all genders, his personal journey has brought him into the men’s movement where he’s done a lot of his own personal healing work and now, when not offering massage, he brings his gifts to helping other men heal. This is particularly important in today’s world as we collectively and publicly begin to give voice to pain among the genders. His volunteer work as a mentor for men in the Jericho prison project is particularly fascinating…helping men unbind themselves from the internal prisons, so that they might find freedom within.

And if you want to meet him, join us at the Somatic Center’s Open House on April 12th, 4-8pm at 25 Main St., suite #208, Northampton. He’ll be offering mini sessions for anyone interested in learning more.
