Faith Enuol is leading her first movement class at the Somatic Center.  It’s a gentle movement class designed to help you to become more aware of your body.  You’ll learn how to  release habitually tight muscles so that you can enjoy greater freedom of movement, less pain and improved posture.  That sounds like a win to me!  Try it out.
