Module 1: Orienting to Body Up Learning

Module 2: Finding Home in Your Core
Arriving in your body around others, and staying with yourself.
Module 3: Embodied Boundaries
Feeling safe to relax inside your own skin, Using boundaries to get closer. Using boundary muscles.
Module 4: Giving the Body a Voice Around Others
Listening to your body so you can take care of yourself, and body up, self-expression so you can have more authentic relationships.
Module 5: Paying Attention to Self and Other
Switching between self and other so you can track both without dropping either.
Module 6: Make Embodied Connection Part of Your Life
Concrete Tips for sharing the practices, Guidelines for a basic session. Hope for ending oppression and building non-hierarchical relationships.

Members can discuss the material and reach out to one another for buddy sessions.
We celebrate and encourage non-hierarchical relating and self-responsibility. Remember, co-regulation is only co-regulation if it is good for both people. The practices offer a platform to explore what works for you. There is no right or wrong way to do them. Communicate with your buddy and adjust them to work for both of you.
